I woke up and had oatmeal with fruit for breakfast, did some stuff around the house and basically just killed time. Now it’s coming up for lunchtime and half of me really wants to restrict and skip it because there’s no one else home but then the other half of me is telling me to eat.
I’m still kind of upset after fighting with my mum last night, its raining outside and I don’t know what to do to make me feel better :(.
