Hey, I'm Amy and I'm just trying to find my way in life. I love sport, especially running- I run for my University team. I also like to practice pilates and yoga when I have the time. I'm passionate about the environment and being outside. I have never been diagnosed with anorexia but I am trying to overcome my disordered eating and thinking. This is for me to express myself and help me on my way to health, happiness and loving myself.

I bought these oatcakes along with lots of other fresh fruit at a little local market close to where I live. The woman on the stall let me try them and they are delicious! I know it can sometimes be a little more expensive or difficult but I really like to try and buy local, fresh food from local people when I can- it’s so much better for everyone :)
